Bjorn Revfeim, Managing Director

Prior to joining Civic, Bjorn spent 15 years overseas, mainly working in investment banking for Lehman Brothers and Nomura; in the latter role, he was European CAO of the bank’s Operations Division. Bjorn has strong financial and analytical experience, but always adopts a pragmatic and keep-it-simple approach.

Brad Taylor, Auckland Operations Manager (Central)

Starting with Civic in 2009, Brad has worked across many different contract services, and has led many of the operational teams.  In his current role, he is responsible for managing the Auckland Town Centre Road Corridor Maintenance Cleaning Contract, as well as the Auckland Council Graffiti Eradication Service.

Andrew Voyce, Hamilton Contracts Manager 

Andrew has been employed by Civic as a contract manager since 2007, and became Hamilton Contracts Manager in 2014. He works closely with representatives from Downer, Hamilton City Council, Waikato District Council and other supply chain partners involved in the Hamilton Infrastructure Alliance and Waikato Roading Alliance.

Troy Ruppersburg, Auckland Operations Manager

Troy moved to New Zealand in 2015. Originally from South Africa, he has extensive commercial experience, most recently from 17 years with Coca Cola’s Facilities Management team, running strategic sustainability initiatives like water usage reduction and solar panel projects.

David Tautari, Wellington Contracts Manager

David has been with Civic since 2004, working in a variety of roles in our South Auckland operations before taking up his current position in 2013. David is responsible for Wellington and Porirua contracts and has a vast knowledge of facilities maintenance and waste management services.

Deborah Papalii, Finance Manager

Deborah joined Civic in 2017. Prior to this, she worked for London Underground, Downer and Broadspectrum, and has a wealth of service industry knowledge. For Deborah, the key to success is being involved in all aspects of Civic’s core businesses and developing good relationships.

Liz Devine, Business Services Manager

Liz joined Civic in 2016 and leads innovation and special projects across the business, as well as the HR team. She has a keen interest is sustainability – both in terms of staff employment and environmental measures. She has a diploma in social work, and previously worked within the child protection field in New Zealand and overseas, in varied senior advisory, training and management roles.
